The term IMG diminishes; ITP affirms. This is more than semantics; it’s a declaration of dignity and unity among those who have chosen to serve Canada and its people.

After years of ITPC (formerly ITPO) calling for equity and the opening of all residency positions in all specialties to all ITPs, the Government of Ontario has done the exact opposite. Immigrant ITPs are now excluded form applying to the CaRMS 1st iteration. Fight along with us as we ask for this discriminatory policy to be reversed!
